Did You Know...Security Deposits!

Security deposits can be one of the most confusing and irritation-inducing elements to renting a home. A security deposit is money a landlord requires a tenant to pay, outside of a rent payment, that is kept in a separate fund to be used for damages to the property upon move-out or other violations of contract.
